PGM/Amazing Spider-Man 90 with manufacturing defect how to grade it?

This is something I see some times and I have no idea how it will reflect on the grade because it is a natural manufacturing defect

That one is hard to tell, could be graded as a defect or manufacturing defect. GOOD LUCK!
