How many stress lines.

I have a 9.4 that has maybe 1 or 2 very small 1/16 stresses that dont break colour...I would say they dont allow more than that for a 9.4...so for a 9.6 and 9.8 would be close to none, maybe one 1/16 non colour breaking for a 9.6...
