I do agree that if the book has no resto it might be a good deal @ 4k and a good pressing candidate but that still does not justify the grade this guy is giving it.

 

Way to big of a gamble IMO especially when the seller does not accept returns

if that isn't water damage and mold stains i don't think calling it a VG is a stretch and it's a more appealing VG than some of them with lots of little creases and such...well, that and its pressability.....

 

overgraded, sure, but a book almost nobody here would scoff at owning at the right price!
