PGM Batman #189

Just had this copy of Batman #189 through from my dealer. Great 1st appearance of Scarecrow, and I've been after it for a while now. There were a few on eBay from one seller but I don't trust their grading and don't agree with their prices!

 

I know there are two big CBC's on the front and some smaller ones in the LRC, and I have no idea what is going on with the A in Batman. And the back looks very dirty with some ink spatter. All said do you reckon this would pull a 4.0 maybe?

I thnk 4.0 on that sounds about right. The black on the A could just be stacking or rubbing from another book.
