Does eBay still let you relist for free?

I don't see it anywhere - I know it used to be the case that if you listed an item and it didn't sell that you could relist a 2nd time for free. Is that still the case?

the way it works (i think) - is if u relist an item that is in the "Unsold Items" area by using the "Relist" link - it'll charge u listing fees again. however...

 

IF your item sells the second time it's been listed, u'll be refunded the insertion fees for the second time it was listed.

Yes. I've hit that "relist" link in the items did not sell column and it was "free" - you get charged up front but in your monthly statement breakdown/details it is noted as a negative charge for listing fee, balancing out overall to zero cost (for listing fees) to relist

How do listers find out about free listing days on eBay. Where is it announced?

You can subscribe to the ebay announcements e-mail...they send it only once a day with the messages for that day. Then you just read it once a day to see if a free listing day is upcoming. If you go to the ebay announcements page, it explains how to "subscribe" to it.
