Cap has been subpar for quite sometime... probably since the last Waid/Garney series (I wasn't a fan of the stories by Reiber, but the art was gorgeous)...

 

but with Bachalo and the writer from Truth (Morales) I think the book is starting to be an entertaining book again... although the "ultimizing" of the costume is annonying to me... still, enjoyable.

I love the story, but it sure reads like an "elseworlds" story. I don't know if they are even going to try and put this into Marvel Continuity, that is if such a thing still exists.
