Cataloging your Books

So I was thinking about making a Comic Book Data base from Excel. I figured it would be something fun to tinker with then I started to think maybe there are some cooler online programs or sites I could use.

 

Anyone have suggestions or do something different to keep your books cataloged?

Fwiw I use excel with title, number, grade and a few other columns.

Appreciate the responses in using Excel guys. I was curious if anyone used methods other than Excel.

 

Doing searches Ive come across sites like Stashmycomics.com and the like..

Just wanted to know if anyone has experiences with an alternative cataloging method.

www.comic-share.com still a work in progress but getting there...I also have a GPA lite feature built into the site.
