Wish I could take credit for trying to be humorous but I thought after reading the story that piles upon piles of the books were on top of each other, ergo would'nt that mean that the ones at the bottom were pressed? (shrug)

 

Learn about true mechanical/heat/moisture/high PSI pressing and the differences will become very obvious.

 

It's like saying that stacking your shirt under a big pile of other shirts is the same as sending it to a professional ironing and dry cleaning service.
