Maybe he is fickle and wanted to free up some cash for something else at the right price. I have the inside scoop on this since I am the current owner of that #1. Thanks for the book gman. Besides, you guys should notice that the seller does not really deal in comics and therefore wouldn't be looking to drop that kind of money on books to flip for $50.
