Hey folks from across the Atlantic. :hi:

I started a new collecting focus (that's all I need). I discovered the Cadet and Primrose Cards. I picked up the following sets - Stingray, Star Trek, Dr. Who and the Daleks, Superman, and a series of Popeye (some of the Popeyes are graded). Not going to post them all but here are a few pics. Many collectors of these over there?

I still have plans to come to the London show in 2016. :wishluck:

Hi telerites :hi:

Those cards are great - were they printed in the 1960's?

I'm pretty sure they were all printed in the 60s. Not sure if the Popeye was - may have been the 70s. Let me post some of the back of the ones I posted.

I'm still learning about them.

Fantastic. Never seen those before - an aspect of collecting I wasn't aware of. The cards remind me a little of the cigarette cards my dad and his younger brother used to collect (mainly early 20th century up until the 1950s). At one point that hobby was huge in the U.K., sadly on its way out now...

Surprised there isn't a larger market for those.

Why not 2015 ? :taptaptap:

I wish I could, Bats. I have a special needs child that I care for. She will require some major surgery and the plan is to do the surgery next summer after her senior year of high school. But plan to meet up in 2016 and bring some of your sweet BA books :wishluck:
