I was watching this guy's auctions on ebay, but those collections were running out of my spending range. I did email him a couple times and, yes, they were his father's friend who lost his job I believe. Those were some groups of Actions and Superman. I recognized that tape on the #14 immediately. I was wondering who won that. Grats.

 

But I agree with the others, lowball him for half of what they sold for initially. They might be brittle or something.
