It's difficult to have a favorite, as styles can change drastically over the years.

For example, I wouldn't give a red cent for a piece of recent John Byrne OA, not one cent, as I think his style is horrible now.

But some of his 70's work is exceptional, up with the best ever.

My world would have been a much duller sphere had it not been graced by the likes of Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko, Neal Adams, Roy Thomas, Bernie Wrightson, Barry Smith, Wayne Boring, Frank Frazetta, and many others.Others who added much joy to my life are Edgar Rice Burroughs, Robert E. Howard, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, H.P. Lovecraft, and Aleistar McClane(sp?).Impossible to narrow it down to just one.Salvator Dali' and Vincent VanGogh were also great sources of inspiration.GOD BLESS...

My favorite artist of all time is Sprang. I love his work on Batman.

His Professor Norton Batman time travel stories are some of my favorites ever.I also love Robinson's work toward the end of his tenure...his style really evolved.GOD BLESS...

SA has to be Lee/Kirby and Lee/Ditko (in that order) - the two best tandems of the Silver Age!

Absolute best Bronze age creator I would have to go with Jim Starlin,

The two best artists of the BA are Adams and Smith

CA Byrne and Miller ruled

Moderns - who cares?

Oh, and while we're at it:

Favorite Editor:

Julie Schwartz. His Silver Age DC books reigned far and away above the offerings of Mort Weisinger and Robert Kanigher.

Honorable mention: Stan the Man, Harvey Kurtzman, Al Feldstein
