Currently available, inexpensive, USB slab scanner?

I'd like to scan my CGC books but all legal size scanners either cost a fortune or are old, out of stock and/or outdated SCSI models.

 

I'm looking for an inexpensive (let's say below $100.00), USB legal size color scanner, even a slow one that's capable of at least 600x600 dpi - after all, I would use it only to scan CGC and RAW comic books covers so a higher resolution is not mandatory.

 

That said, since only a select few models can successfully get clean and focused scans through the CGC holders, I'd welcome answers from actual users.
