It appears a last-minute snipe attempt is what drove it that high - and you can't complain about that when you're a seller. Anyway, I know that someone at Heroes & Dragons has been attempting to get a complete run of World's Finest - he contacted me about mine, but then he said he was looking at a larger group of books and I didn't hear back from him. WF is definitely a tough run to put together. The old books show up pretty often, though rarely in high grade (and isn't that a common statement!), but the #70s are very scarce, and hardly ever come up for sale in a decent grade. #71 is definitely tough in VF or better. Listed as scarce in OS, and probably guide is too low on this one...
