Actually Vinnie of Metropolis Comics! Congrats Vinnie!

 

And, in the ultimate irony and parable for our time... just as he was going to talk about the opportunity of comics as a positive in our economy, he was interrupted by another speechette from Pres. O mentioning how bad the economy is and how times will be tough now and in the future. Good thing he keeps reminding us every day... I almost forgot... :sick:

I would have rather heard Vinnie talk some more about the Action 1...nice book.

 

Then I could have used a little rerun of speeches by this guy, to get the blood pumping.

I think if, in place of the financial news being replayed each night, we had a 10 minute clip of Rockne, or Churchill or FDR the entire country would be feeling and doing a hell of a lot better.
