Bosco685
I believe Amy Poehler said it best: Barrington - The King of Private Auctions. In reality, that book should sell for well over $350. We'll see if the private auction drastically hurts the final results.

seanfingh
Your Barrington mancrush notwithstanding . . . Just glad my dual-searching for this book in 9.8 is over. No doubt. The 9.6 I subbed for Vigil and O'Barr at Motor City held it's grade ( i really though it had a strong 9.8 chance, but you never know when they are in the slab) so that is a nice upgrade from my 9.2 OO SS copy. Bosco685
OK, who is going to double dog dare me to buy it? At $20....I will buy it.. Recently I sold a 9.6 PGX graded " buy it now " for $150. One problem on the seller's information. I just checked the PGX census ( ), and I couldn't even find a Crow 1 PGX 9.6 listed.

Bosco685
Now this looks like a nice 9.2 WP. The Crow #1 Caliber Press CGC Signed DF COA 9.2 Priced too high, but with all the recent Crow excitement....

What's bothering me is, what's going on with top edge on the left and the right top corner in some photos? Doesn't look to 9.8-like to me. Doc Joe's book will remain the sharpest looking CGC 9.8 #1 to grade books by now forever.

And of course, two others I know of.

And of course, two others I know of. Yup, your CGC 9.8 #1s, are simply gorgeous too, especially compared with Jen's weak 9.6. She keeps telling me she wants one now, to fit in(and a stronger 9.8 Caliber Presents #1). I think she said her favorite graded Crow book is the one Michael sold her(Caliber Christmas SS in red). I wanted that book when it came in too.
