I THINK ASM 192 was the first one with the line through the UPC symbol. And I think the first Spidey head was on ASM 202

I looked at the covers on comicpriceguide and the first one with the head they showed was 203.

I'm pretty sure they go back further than this, but the Direct Sale books are rarer than newstand from this era:

Ok, well then ASM 202 is the first Spidey head one.. as I know there is no Spider-man 200 or 201 with a Spidey head.
