The cover is awesome! As for the grade, I'm thinking about 4-5 as well. I had an FF Annual 1 with a puncture mark that went from the back cover all way through to the first few pages. It was graded at a 4.5. If that puncture wasn't there, it could have easily been a 7-8 book. Still a cool book to own.
