Caped?

Anyone know anything about this new book Caped? I saw it on my LCS pull list form and I was wondering what it was?

Caped or Capes? Capes was a 3-issue mini by Robert Kirkman, I forget the artist. It's set in what would become the Invincible universe. Pretty entertaining. I seem to recall a listing for the trade being reprinted recently.

I believe he is talking about Caped, by Boom!. I snagged it but wasnt too impressed with the read.
