Looks like a probably 8.0 but could be a 7.5. Will it make its way to the sales thread...

Looks like a solid VF+ 8.5 to me depending on the nature of the chip when seen in person. Sharp corners, tight spine with just a bit of stress. Without the Chip think it's a solid 9.0 reach at 9.2. Remember Magazines are graded closer to Golden Age comics...

 

I'd probably pay up to VF/NM 9.0 price for this if I was wanting one and had the money. It's a very sharp specimen!
