Is there any way I can check my submission status?

I submitted another batch of books last month through an authorised dealer in the UK, but even though the forms had his dealer number on they had my name, address and email address on.

 

I've literally just upgraded my account to associate level in the hope I'd be able to track the status of my books, I thought they would be linked to my email address, and therefore my membership but they're not. It asks for an invoice number but I don't have one. I suppose I'd have to email Dena and co to find out?

You won't be able to see it online, but you might be able to call in and check status. I did that with one of my recent CGC SS submissions. The invoice number had the witnesseses name/address on it, but I was able to give the Customer Service rep the invoice number and he asked what type of comics and I named off a few. After verifiying what was on the list, he gave me my grades over the phone.

Thanks Brian. Can you request CGC forms to fill in or do you just use the online form? I suppose I should read up on it really

You can do online submissions and they'll give you copies of your submission form, along with an invoice. The invoice number is the tracking number for CGC.
