Toughest Marvel bronze age magazine to find in high grade in my opinion.Only one CGC 9.4 copy on the census. Grossly undervalued at $65.00 in 9.2 grade in the price guide. Some early 70s Marvel magazines just dont grade higher than 9.4 on the census folks it seems. One closed on Comic link----the best one out there!

Been looking for a top notch copy for a while now and I will agree this one's quite difficult to find in really nice shape.

 

This is a relatively significant issue and Guide price is a joke.

Completely agree. The black cover on this makes it notoriously dificult. Not to mention the format being more prone to defects. Hey lets not forget that it's got Starlin art as well!

And lets not forget this is the origin of dracula issue to boot!. Here is the CGC graded census highest to date on Dracula lives listed below. It could be years before a 9.6 D.L #2 ever surfaces but then again I dont believe one exists in that high of grade?
