Unable to upload images to the gallery.

For the last 3 days I've been trying to add images for a book and for some reason they just don't upload. It seems like it's uploading but I never receive the confirmation and the images are not displayed.

 

The images are under 120 kbs and I don't receive any errors. I've tried it on Firefox and IE. I've never had a problem before :shrug:

 

I even deleted the book and re-entered it into my registry set.

 

Has anyone been having any problems lately?
