I hate to part with these books right now since the movie hype has not hit in full force yet, but I have an investment opportunity I need to raise funds for over the next couple of weeks. If the books do not sell here by the weekend then it is off to feeBay.

 

As per board rules, first :takeit: gets the books.

 

I am also open to PMs on any item, and discounts are available on multiple item purchases.

 

Shipping will be $20 for slabs in a small box with insurance.

 

Shipping will start at $6 for up to two raw books in a bubble envelope with cardboard but no insurance.

Avengers #1 VG- (3.5) - $700

 

I bought this book from Foolkiller a couple of months ago as a 3.5/4.0, but I am going to err on the side of caution with it. The listed price is the price I paid for it (this is as low as I will go on the book).

No, those are the 4.0 sales. The last 4.5 went for a song in February on eBay due to bad scans/pics from the seller (I was making headway with my lowball offers and came very close to landing it but someone slightly outlowballed me lol )

 

As I said, I need to raise funds asap.

Hot book right now for some reason. (shrug);)

 

I bought this one along with the Avengers #1 from foolkiller a couple of months back as a 7.5. Nice copy.

Very nice front cover, but the back cover has staining/soiling. doh!

 

This is another book I bought off of ivegotneatstuff a couple of months back.

 

Wow, last GPA sale was for $205 in Feb 2009. OSPG on this sucker is $200.

Not any more. A bunch of the early spidey's sold at a con I did a couple of weeks ago. Funny thing is, I had lower prices on some of my slabbed copies of books than the lower grade raw ones but the raw ones sold. lol

Bought here a year or so ago from a good seller/grader as a 5.5, which I tend to agree with. I should have slabbed it way earlier. doh!
