I also don't get why he didn't CGC them in the ensuing two years.

 

...Maybe they got resto that he's aware of :o ...but trying to pass off.

 

Not everybody believes a book has to be locked in plastic to be valuable.

Especially Chuck. With his raw prices, he doesn't need CGC. hm
