Bought as Restored flipping as Unrestored??

This guy bought this book as item #2202597980 and paid $1400.00 for it

Seller says book has been restored(color touched) and I was the dealer who graded this book for the original seller although he upped the grade I gave him (APP VG/VG+)but was honest in listing the restoration and there was heavy color touch in some spots and the cover was totally sun faded so it was not even blue any more.

 

Now guy that bought it is trying to flip it for $2100.00 and says it is "UNRESTORED"

I Contacted the seller and now he has added that the book has some color touches.He claimed he did not know that it was restored and says he found no restoration but it was pretty clear in the original description that it was color touched and I explained to him where the work was done(it was pretty badly done and easy to spot as it leaked through to the inside of the front cover)so at least he is trying to be honest.Hopefully the people who are bidding go back and re-read the description again.
