Looks kind of like "newbie-itis" to me. No point in shilling it that high w/ only an hour to go. What if nobody else bids on it?

 

I think this looks like a spec trying to win a "hot book". Look how many times he bid trying to be high bidder.

 

Could be a shill, but not a very smart shill, if that is the case.
