East Hanover Comic Book Expo

Sun, May 24th, 10am-4pm

 

Location: Ramada Inn Conference Center, 130 Route 10 (westbound), East Hanover, NJ 07936. Easily accessed from the GSP, Routes 80, 280, 287, 78 & 24. The hotel has a great restaurant/sportsbar. There are also tons of things to do on RT 10 if the person that comes to the show with you isn't into comics

 

Admission: $2 (2nd parent and kids under 12 free... quite frankly, we don't charge non-collectors. Don't let your girlfriend/boyfriend, wife/husband, Mom/Dad or whoever sit in the lobby... we will not charge them admission if they are not into comics) If you're a "regular" customer, you might want to consider buying prepaid admissions to save a few dollars (discounted admission tickets for future shows) which can be purchased at the door at 5 for $9, or 10 for $15.

 

Because it is Memorial Day weekend we will be giving away tons of great comics. Starting at 10:00, and up until 3:00, we will be giving away a comic worth between $10 & $50 every 10 minutes. That's 30 door prizes! Everyone who pays admission has a chance to win.

 

And as is usually the case... our 3,000 square foot dealers' room is packed once again.

 

All your favorite dealers will be here, along with some new guys and returning friends. Dave's American Comics is back and will be filling 5 tables with an incredible selection of Golden Age, Silver Age and more!

 

We have everything from Golden Age to this week's current comics. Hot titles, variant editions and investment grade CGC books, too. Don't miss our unbeatable selection of comics for serious collectors and thousands of bargain comics (starting at only 50 cents!) for beginners or folks that just love to be able to buy a stack and not break the bank. Action figures, statues & t-shirts too!

 

Our special guest at this show is: Writer CJ Henderson.

 

Our legendary no-minimum bid auction is at noon. Without exaggeration, our typical auction offers $1,000's worth of stuff that usually sells for a fraction of its full value. In December we sold a box of Golden Age, Atom Age & Silver Age valued at over $2,000 for ONLY $450! In January we sold a stack of Silver Age Spideys for about 1/4 guide! Last month we sold a $500 stack of SA Strange Tales for only $125! What'll we have this time? Be there and find out.

Please limit your want list to a handful of books, and let me know by Friday, the 22nd so that I have time to forward your lists.

 

This is a family oriented show. Bring the kids. (Comics are a great way to

get them to read. Heck, 4 of our dealers are actually teachers, so they should know.)
