Why is there no Qualified-Signature Series Label?

What makes Qualified labels incompatible with the Signature Series, but not Restoration labels (i.e., why no yellow & green, when there is yellow & purple)? I'm sure there is a perfectly reasonable explaination (and I'm also sure someone has probably asked this question before). I am just curious.

This question has been dealt with many times in the Signature Room. Do a search for "Qualified" in that Section and you will get all you need.
