I have not seen it before, then again never had an interest. Considering this is the last issue of a long-running title perhaps in mid-run they decided to up the price to a buck. Not sure if either one is rare or not!?! confused-smiley-013.gif

Definitely, and there are tons of Canadian Newstand DC editions with different prices.

 

I was fortunate enough to pick up a large collection of 1970's comics from a fellow in Canada and noticed dozens of DC price variants. Who knows, perhaps these will become the next Tulip Craze.
