What do you think a Bat-Man #686 Alfred Cover(Black Cover) graded by CGC at a 9.9 is worth I see that there is only 3 9.9's and 0 10.0's

I know some people pay ridiculous amounts for 9.9s/10s, glad to say I'm not one of them.

realistically? Around $50-$80 as $80 was the last sale for a 9.9.
