Got this off Yannis a while back; I wanted to replace the New Adventure 26 I sold for $10k back this spring. Both aforementioned books (along with More Fun #31) boast the 1st REAL appearance of Superman per the ad on the inside front covers; depicting the front cover of Action #1. These books were on the stand 1 month PRIOR to the release of Action 1. New Adventure 26 has skyrocketed; both due to it's rarity and the ad for Action 1. Tec 15 is not as rare, but still scarce as hell; only 6 unrestored copies in the CGC census, and is starting to catch fire in the same manner as NA 26.

 

If you want to grab the 1st published appearance of Superman, here's your chance. Payment by PayPal E-Check option or bank check. Postage is included, but postal insurance in required from the buyer. (Approx. $10-$15)

 

CGC notes: CGC 3.5 cream to off-white pages. 2 pieces of tape on spien of cover. Small pieces of tape on 9 pages. Also note the CGC comment on the label stating full page ad for Action Comics 1.

It's got a tiny bit of resto and shows like a VF or so. Would have been a 5.0-6.0 without the resto methinks....
