Amazing Spiderman #201 question

I have 2 issues of ASM #201 but 1 has a diagonal line thru the UPC and the other does not. why is this?

Thanks, glad to be here, so which one is better for slabbing? (value wise and collecting) the one with the line or without? There both 9.6 or higher by my less then primitave grading

Both are pretty much valued equally. Scan the front & back covers & throw them up in the 'Buddy..can you spare a grade?' forum to check your grading against current standards. (thumbs u
