Help with Batman 9 detecting possible restoration currently on eBay

Hi all. This book is currently on eBay. I'm considering bidding on it. Looking to detect possible restoration since often this book has work done on it. From the scans, can anyone detect possible restoration? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would say no. Staples are still rusty, cover is still dirty, pieces loose on the spine etc.. Might have a tear seal on the lrc of the fc, or a spine split sealed upper spine. But overall I do not see anything glaring nor any obvious CT.

 

Possible worm hole on the middle FC.

 

So I think if you are looking for that book in grade and the price is right it should be safe enough given you can return the book if unhappy.

Top looks ridiculously straight compared to the rest of the book so I'd worry about trimming

 

You do realize the scans are cropped on the top edge.
