Mailing label on SI magazines

For CGC's new magazine grading, would an address label be viewed similar to that of a date stamp on a comic, where it has little effect on the grade of the magazine. Or would it be viewed as a defect, such as a price sticker, which would be a significant defect?

A magazine with an address label will be designated as a "Subscription Edition", and will not be downgraded for having a clean, intact address label. However, a "Subscription Edition" with a defaced, partial, or poorly removed label will be downgraded accordingly.
