I believe Bisley is scheduled to be at the Heavy Metal mag booth for San Diego: Int'l Comic-con this July/09. He does marker sketches and may have a painting or hard cover artbook for sale.

Simon sells a lot of art through Simon Reed in the UK, owner of Reed Comics. I don't know if Simon is his "official" rep, but he seems to sell the majority of Simon's newer art.

 

Simon has a CAF gallery and a ComicArtShop gallery, but he also posts art for sale on his shop web site:
