PGM House of Secrets #2 1957

This book is on its way to the sales forum and I just wanted to get a few opinions first.

It is flat and complete wit a 1.5 inch spine split at the top and bottom. A 1 inch spine split in the middle.

Both staples still attached.

2 chips out of botton left front cover.

A 1 inch tear on the back cover with some creases on both front and back cover.

Some kind of ink stains on the back cover.

Presents well. I was thinking 2.5

Straight 2.0.

 

I love how they just turned off the colors in the guy's vision ray. Pretty cool.

Presents nicely - but without the 4" worth of spine splits it would be a 2.5 at best, so I'm going to have to go with 1.8
