I've owned this book for years,and just recently sent it in for grading.As the scans show it's a very nice 2.5.I was certain of at least a 3.0 when I sent it off,but what do I know

Where's is the love for this beautiful book? Very very hard to find a nice low grade copy and the next graded one I believe is Rick's 5.5 and then there is another gap in availability as there are a few in the 7.5-8.5 range but they are all around $10K+.
