That cover was sold at Christie's (or was it Sotheby's?) back in the late-90's (1999 iirc).

 

It is now in a black hole collection.

Sotheby's 1999 Auction. It sold alongside the cover to the first Star Wars Treasury edition. Both are fantastic covers!

Thanks John. I usually just collect the covers and a few splashes from #1-22, but the #4 page was really a classic...

 

And Felix is correct, the #1 cover is not leaving it's owner anytime soon...it's nice in person though...the image is based on Chaykin's original poster promoting SW at the 1976 SD ComicCon...
