It is a pretty nice cover. Cap has a headache or something.

 

And just a little side note on the books: these books (not the ASM #119 or ASM #38), I bought from a local comic store who had just bought an original owner collection a day or two before. Except for the early 1960s issues which were back issue purchases, all of the books were original owner. Great structure and colors. I suppose the dominant defect of the collection is minor foxing.

Sweet cover I don't think I've ever seen/took note of! ;)

 

It's a little scarcer than the other numbers in that run..can't say I'm not tempted.
