There was some Oregon Newspaper writer's rant about the Mile High copy of Tally Ho #1 being desecrated in the Signature Room. There was some disagreement.

 

Lots of chatter about something in San Diego has been all over the internet. I'd stay away for fear of terrorist attack.

 

Somebody wanted to know why comcs are valuable. Hilarity ensued.

 

There were sales threads.

 

There were "WTB" threads.

 

We were ordered to submit to CGC in order to meet Stan Lee.

 

Some people posted some cool books.

 

Other people posted some dumb books (it's all a matter of taste, really)

Ivegotneatstuff owned that book, and is a huge fan of Frank Frazetta, so he asked that he sign the book out of respect for his favorite artist.

 

Now it has double-fame. An Edgar Church book, and personally signed by Frazetta. Why is that an issue?

I'm not up on Pedigrees, but I've heard before that them being signed is frowned upon.

Worthless moderns, common Copper & Bronze, low-grade Silver...I've got no problem with sigs on any of these...although I can't say I understand the attraction personally.

 

However, IMHO, to have it done to high grade Silver is akin to trimming two inches off the edges and cutting out all the coupons.

 

But to have it done to a Pedigree should carry the death penalty.
