Help with a SGT FURY 13

Hey,

Don't have a scan but am hoping for some opinions.

I have two of these books,in almost the exact condition with the same defects.

Without this defect,I would grade them FinePlus,maybe VF-,the defect is that the 12 cent price is crossed out with a single ballpoint penline and 6c is written in the y of Fury. Not large,but enough for the person looking at it would see it.How badly does this hurt the grade.Would you say VG or something else?Covers are pretty glossy and pages are light cream.Staples are rust free and slightly on FC,as with most copies of this book that I've seen.

It's a very early Captain America appearence.
