2009 SDCC Signatures/Sketchs you got

Thought I's start a thread dealing with the 2009 SDCC and which signatures and or sketchs the board members got while attending the Con This year.

 

For me the big ones were

Todd McFarlane ASM #298 CGC 9.6 and #300 Chrominum CGC 9.8 SS

Neal Adams Batman #227

Gene Colan Fallen Son Captain America Sketch and signature SS

Jerry Robinson Joker Sketch and signed

Steve Epting Fallen Son Red Skull Sketch

Francis Manapul General Zod sketch

 

 

got all the autographs of the Celibrity Guests on my program

 

Had some lesser known artist do a few sketchs for me as well

I am so far beyond jealous, it's not even funny. I have tried, and tried, and tried, and tried, and tried to get one of these. Then I begged and pleaded and begged some more to no avail.

 

If this should ever need a home, even just a night or two.....my door is open!

Thanks it's just a penciled sketch but it is very cool

 

When it gets out of CGC grading i will have pics( Possibly you may be able to get someone at CGC to post a picture of it as they have the book now ) .Hate to say he only did this one sketch at SDCC I heard normally he doesn't do them but I was a special case . Him and his wife were extremely generous . Meeting him was one of my top highlights of the show

Wow Gene Colan and Jerry Robinson Sketches!! Very nice.

I got one sketch a Joe Jusko Hulk on a secret invasion.

I did get a lot of signatures.

I got Jerry Robinson and Neal Adams on a Batman 251

Neal Adams on a Batman 232.

Tyrese Gibson from Transformers on Mayhem #1

Gene Simmons and Nick Simmons on an Incarnate #1

Gene Simmons on a Kiss 4K #1

Adam West on a Julius Schwartz tribute Batman

James Edward Olmos on Battlestar Galactica origins 4 and 5

Joe Hill on a couple of Locke and Keys

Lew Sayer Schwartz, Sheldon Moldoff on a couple of Bat books

and I got April Wahlin who won search for the next Elvira on an Elvira comic.

I also turned in a bunch of books to CGC for SS but the witnesses got the sigs not me.

There is a guy I know from another site that gets sketches on embossed backerboards and auctions them all off, with all proceeds going to the Cystic Fibrosis Fund. If I can't get him to join, I might link to the page over at valiantfans.com if that's OK...

 

This guy got an Adam Hughes sketch, no less! I am mighty impressed with what this guy has done, and will post a link to the auctions (in the appropriate space) when he starts listing them.
