CGC Modern Tier Price Change?

I know the price for modern tier went up a little while ago; but did it also recently drop to $17 (and closer to the price prior to the hike)? I was planning to shy away from modern submissions for low value comics, but may now re-think this. I hope I'm reading the current pricing correctly. Can anyone confirm?

$17 is correct (no longer a price break on larger submissions)

It was a very small price increase for moderns - it used to be $16/book (or $15/book if you did 10 or more), and now it's $17.
