Okay, I looked over the book, the book is attached by a single staple. There is a tear by the staple, and there is tape on the inside cover that has sealed the tear. The page quality is cream to off-white. On the rear cover, there is a 2 inch tear on the left edge. The comic is probably in VG- condition. Centerfold is intact.
