CC Beck sketch value?

Anyone have a ballpark on what a CC Beck con sketch would sell for? Its about 4 by 6 on a sheet of notebook paper and features the Wizard from Shazam signed by Beck at bottom I can email a pic if it helps

I'm pulling this out of the air, but I'd say in the $200-300 ballpark.

 

I'm basing it on my sketch from him and the price paid 10-15 years ago. I've got a nifty sketch of C.C. Beck shaking hands with Captain Marvel, inked and finished on heavy art board. It was $425 then.
