PGM: Tales of Suspense #63 signed by Stan Lee

Originally a pedigree blue label 8.0 book, I submitted it for a Stan Lee signing a couple years ago. The label got misplaced or something and the pedigree status was lost. And there's also an issue inside the holder. I've had the book for a while and really like it. If I resubbed it for the true grade, what would it come back as?

Clearly the issue is the chip off the top of the book.

Is the book still in the slab?

 

If you want to resub it because of the chip, it will probably lose a full grade IMHO

I'm wondering how much the grade will drop because of that missing chip. I'm worried the drop will be really big from like a 8.0 to a 6.0 or worse because of the chip from the top edge
