Q on magazine from the 70s...can't remember title?

I asked this once before, but I recall this horror mag from the 70s and seeing it in the rack at the grocery store...can't remember the title, but the cover art featured King Kong (or a wannabe) fighting Jaws (or another wannabe) in the ocean...title was like Shark vs. Ape, or something like that? Seems like there was damsel in distress on the cover as well. It wasn't Eerie or Creepy, but I can't remember what it was... Any help?
