Not at all unless it's written largely and prominently. A bunch of the Ohio pedigree books have marks written in big characters with a fat, black grease pencil and still grade at least 9.4. I bet there are a few 9.6 Ohios also since CGC doesn't seem to downgrade for "eye appeal" traits like this below the 9.8 level.
