Hi. Please PM me with any questions about this book. I will evaluate all offers via PM. First unconditional :takeit: gets the book. If you receive the book and are not happy with it, please notify me within 3 days after receiving it (via USPS confirmation) and send it back, at your cost, within 7 days after receiving it. I will give a full refund, including the shipping on my end, after I receive it (in same condition as I sent it.) Paypal preferred, but checks are fine (they must clear, of course, prior to shipping the books.)

 

I recently bought this on the boards from jeffb, but just upgraded so have to sell this one.

 

Fantastic Comics #1 asking $1100 including domestic shipping.
